- I am a Domincan male born in the south of the Dominican Republic, in the small town of Paraiso Barahona. Medical Graduated from the Autonomous University of Santo Domingo(UASD). Obstetric & gynecology Specialist trained in Los minas Maternal and Infant Hospital of Sto. Domingo. 14 years ago I inmigrated to USA, were for the last 13 years I have been dedicated to the scientific investigation of the HIV/AIDS. The first 6 years in The Bronx Lebanon Hospital and since March 1st, 1997 with The AIDS Community Research Initiative of America (ACRIA)
